The Swiss Army SwissTool Spirit X by Victorinox is a beautifully crafted stainless steel tool that has been designed with both ergonomics and utility in mind. It is lightweight and easy to use, weighing only 5.75 oz. Individual tools can be opened from the outside of the handle without opening the pliers, while individual springs hold other tools in place. This is a great multi tool. (High quality, etc.) But, the listing is WRONG: It actually measures 4&1/4" long, NOT 3&1/4" long! (It is almost as long as the Swiss Tool; it is NOT equal in length to the Leatherman Juice!)

I've owned a Leatherman Wave for a while and started looking at the Swiss Army Swisstool Spirit X after purchasing a couple of Victorinox Swiss Army knives. I was really impressed with the fit and finish of the knives at such attractive prices. The Swisstool costs a heck of a lot more than the SAK's I've owned so it took some reading of reviews and watching some YouTube videos to make the plunge.
I'm really glad I purchased the Spirit X. The knife is actually a bit longer than my Leatherman Wave but it has a much smaller case made of leather-like material that has a great fit and finish. The tool feels very solid, has the perfect compliment of tools available and simply is more enjoyable to use than my Leatherman.
The locking mechanism is cleverly designed and is non-obtrusive to use in practice. This tool will definitely be traveling with me when out in the backcountry, horseback riding, or even out for a long hike nearby.
Highly recommended.
